Permanent Recruitment

Permanent Recruitment is done predominantly in two ways, either on a temporary to permanent basis or straight to permanent. Our straight permanent agreement is offered where a candidate is placed and we charge ten percent of the wage per annum, with a rebate facility over twelve-weeks. Our clients don’t pay us a penny until a twelve-week probationary period has been completed.

If our candidate leaves in the first 3 weeks of the probationary period, weeks 12-10, then our clients get 100% off so they don’t have to pay us a penny.

Leaves in weeks 9-7, then our clients get 75% off.

Leaves in weeks 6-4, then our clients get 50% off.

Leaves in weeks 3-1, then our clients get 25% off.

We have established a number of special agreements with certain clients over the years. For example, a candidate may be taken directly on to a customer’s payroll following a successful interview. This would be at a cost of just five percent of the wage per annum, but without the rebate facility.

Our temporary to permanent agreement consists of a candidate working for twelve-weeks through us, then transferring to our client’s payroll at no extra cost. Most of our clients refer to this option as “try before you buy”.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility so if there is a problem with any of our candidates throughout this phase, we can offer an immediate replacement or indeed, if you would like to take them on to your payroll before the conclusion of the twelve-week temporary period, we can arrange this for you.

A number of our temporary to permanent agreements initially begins with clients requiring a candidate for just one day, or for a week booking. If a fulltime position then arises within the company, we can send the same candidate and deduct the number of days previously worked from the twelve-week agreement.

Some of our most proven ways of placing candidates over the years has arisen from either implementing the way our clients are already recruiting staff, or by just listening to what they want us to do. We are always flexible with the way that we recruit staff for our clients, so if you have a vacancy and you want us to fill it your way, please do not hesitate to contact us.
